Executive Chef: Jessica Grandstaff

Jessica Grandstaff brings nearly three decades of experience in the food and beverage and catering industries. Growing up in Northern Appalachia, she developed a deep appreciation for the simple, honest flavors of home-cooked meals.

During the transition between executive chefs at Sapona Grille, Jessica made it a priority to bring that same warmth and comfort to the kitchen and every dish she served. Her goal was to provide continuity and familiarity for members and guests while maintaining the high standards of Sapona’s culinary operation.

Jessica’s culinary journey in Lexington began in 2016. Since then, she has held positions at Texas Steak & Tap House, The City Kitchen, La Vie En Rose Food Truck, and Cafe 35. Each role introduced her to a distinct culinary style and helped shape the experience and perspective she brings to Sapona.

After two and a half years at Sapona, Jessica remains deeply grateful for the incredible members, guests and staff who make the community so special. She is dedicated to continuing to grow alongside the Sapona family and ensuring that the needs of members and guests are met with care and consistency. To Jessica, Sapona truly feels like family, and she looks forward to being part of Team Green Feather, GreatLife and the Sapona golf family for many years to come.
